Service Technicians: Service technicians should have experience in light commercial and residential air conditioning, heating and heat pumps.  Should have own hand tools and good driving record.

Installation Technicians: Installation technicians should have experience in light commerical and residential air conditioning, heating and heat pump installations.  Should have own hand tools and good driving record.

Customer Service Rep.: Must have good phone communication skills.  Previous experience is a plus.  Must have basic computer skills in Microsoft Office programs.  Will be responsible for maintaining customer records, answering incoming calls, and maintaining the service schedule. 

Outside Sales: Experience in sales required.  Good people skills and the ability to interact with people.  Sales training programs available both internally and externally (paid by company).
